Our visionary leadership is demonstrated by the strong management practices, committed hands-on management, high corporate visibility, and open communication of the core Executive Management Team:

Peter B. LaMontagne, President and Chief Executive Officer, brings to Paradigm more than 19 years of National Security and technology solutions experience in the federal and commercial marketplace, most recently as a Senior Corporate Vice President at ManTech International, an information technology provider with annual revenues exceeding $1 billion. While at ManTech, he played a lead role in strategic planning, acquisitions, and execution of the growth strategy, including supporting the IPO and follow-on offering in 2002. He managed and helped build an information assurance practice area which supported National Security community customers. Mr. LaMontagne also served as a U.S. Foreign Service Officer, specializing in East Asian political and economic affairs. He was posted at the U.S. Embassy in Beijing, China from 1993 to 1996. He graduated magna cum laude from Bowdoin College in Brunswick, Maine where he majored in Government/Legal Studies and Classics.

Richard P. Sawchak, Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, has extensive experience in financial management, corporate financing and executing and integrating acquisitions in a public company environment. He comes to Paradigm from GXS, Inc., where he was responsible for managing a global finance organization focused on improving business performance. Prior to GXS, Mr. Sawchak held senior financial positions at Multilink Technology Corporation and Lucent Technologies, Inc. He holds a Master's Degree from Babson College and a Bachelor's Degree in Finance from Boston College, where he graduated Summa Cum Laude.

Anthony Verna, Senior Vice President, Strategy and Business Development brings to Paradigm over 16 years of federal government IT industry experience in both solutions sales and operations. A U.S. Navy veteran, Mr. Verna has extensive experience with information technology programs and enterprise systems, including comprehensive security solutions. During his 10 years in federal business development, Mr. Verna has led efforts resulting in wins valued at more than $1.5 billion. Prior to joining Paradigm, Mr. Verna held executive positions with a leading federal government security services firm and ManTech International Corporation, developing and managing a new business pipeline valued at over $7.0 billion and was directly responsible for the capture of new business in excess of $350 million via contract awards from the Department of Homeland Security, Department of Justice, the Department of Defense, and other Government agencies. He is a graduate of Thomas Edison State College and holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems.

Robert Boakai, Vice President Enterprise Solutions, brings over 17 years of operational experience in the federal marketplace, supporting National Security, federal law enforcement, and financial regulatory agencies. Prior to this assignment, Mr. Boakai served as Director of Information Technology at Datatrac Information Services, Sr. Systems Engineer at Apptis, Vice President at JenXSystems, Sr. Engineer at GTE, and Sr. Network Engineer at Technology Associates. In each of these roles, he was responsible for the development, delivery, and management of enterprise technologies in federal space. As founder of JenXSystems, Mr. Boakai established key subcontracts with DynCorp, SAIC, and Lockheed Martin, supplying senior level systems engineers to work on several of the nation's most complex technical initiatives. Prior to those assignments, Mr. Boakai spent 9 years as a senior technical professional within the U.S. Intelligence Community. He holds a Bachelor's in Computer Science from the University of Maryland and a Master's in Systems Engineering from Johns Hopkins University.

Samuel Caldwell, Vice President (CTS), brings to Paradigm over 15 years of experience providing technical design and implementation in client/server environments. He has supported federal customers in a number of classified and unclassified agencies, including the Department of Justice, Federal Bureau of Investigation, Central Intelligence Agency, and the National Security Agency. Mr. Caldwell's expertise in network engineering and information systems has enhanced his ability to solve complex network and system challenges with minimum disruption or inconvenience to the users. He has had a distinguished career in the United States Navy and is currently serving in the United States Navy Reserve. In addition to holding a number of IT certifications, Mr. Caldwell is a Homeland Security Certified, Level III professional. He holds dual Bachelor's degrees in Computer Information Systems and Computer Networking from Strayer University and a Master's degree in Quality Systems Management from the National Graduate School.

Christian Kleszewski, Vice President (Trinity, IMS), brings over 17 Years of leadership experience managing information security programs for federal clients. A successful entrepreneur and attorney, his diverse experience and background provide a broad perspective from which he has worked with state and local operational, regulatory and oversight agencies on the development and implementation of practical standards for information risk management. Offering a unique blend of vision and operational experience, Mr. Kleszewski has achieved notable corporate growth and is recognized for his effective and engaging leadership. His experience includes safeguarding public data as well as national security information for multiple federal agencies. Mr. Kleszewski serves on the board of directors of the Technology Council of Maryland, and is an active member of the New Majority of San Diego. He holds a Bachelor's in Business Economics from California State University and Juris Doctorate degree from the University of LaVerne Law School.

Diane C. Moberg, Vice President of Human Resources and Compliance, is a Certified Public Accountant and has spent 24 years in accounting and government contract compliance. Most recently, she held the position of Vice President, Risk Management at Essex Corporation, a public company supporting National Security Intelligence Community programs, where she was responsible for maintaining government contract compliance and the company's Sarbanes-Oxley compliance program. Prior to this position, she worked at ManTech International Corporation for 22 years serving in various accounting and compliance positions, including Corporate Controller and Senior Vice President of Corporate Compliance. Ms. Moberg has also held government positions with the Defense Contract Audit Agency, the Environmental Protection Agency and the National Security Agency. Ms. Moberg holds a bachelor's degree in accounting from the University of Baltimore.
