Anthony Verna Joins Paradigm as Senior Vice President Responsible for Business Development, Marketing and Strategy

ROCKVILLE, Md.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 25, 2007--Paradigm Holdings, Inc. (OTCBB:PDHO) (Paradigm), parent company of Paradigm Solutions Corporation, a provider of comprehensive information technology and business solutions for federal government enterprises, announced today that Anthony Verna has joined the Company as Senior Vice President. Reporting to Paradigm President and CEO Peter B. LaMontagne, Mr. Verna will be responsible for business development, marketing and strategy for the Rockville, MD based IT solutions provider.

Mr. Verna brings to Paradigm over 16 years of federal government IT industry experience in both solutions sales and operations. A U.S. Navy veteran, Mr. Verna has extensive experience with information technology programs and enterprise systems, including comprehensive security solutions. During his 10 years in federal business development, Mr. Verna has led efforts resulting in wins valued at more than $1.5 billion.

Prior to joining Paradigm, Mr. Verna held executive positions with a leading federal government security services firm and ManTech International Corporation. At the security services firm, Mr. Verna developed and managed a new business pipeline valued at over $7.0 billion and was directly responsible for the capture of new business in excess of $350 million via contract awards from the Department of Homeland Security, Department of Justice, the Department of Defense, and other Government agencies. As the Vice President of Business Development and Capture for ManTech International, he led major new business wins with the Department of Defense, the Department of Justice and the Department of Homeland Security.

Prior to his tenure at ManTech, Mr. Verna held technical, program management and operational director positions with Northrop Grumman (formerly Comptek Research Inc.) focusing on information technology, DoD C4ISR and Combat System programs.
